License Agreement

Template License Agreement

This Template License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Template Wolf ("Licensor") and the user ("Licensee") who downloads, uses, or accesses any templates provided by the Licensor on the office template website ("Website").

1. Grant of License: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, edit, and print the templates provided on the Website for personal or commercial use. Licensee may use the templates in projects, presentations, documents, or other materials.

2. Restrictions: Licensee may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or make available for download the original templates from the Website. Licensee may not use the templates to create a similar website, service, or product in direct competition with the Licensor.

3. Ownership: The templates provided on the Website are the intellectual property of the Licensor and are protected by copyright laws. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the templates or any intellectual property rights to the Licensee.

4. Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

By downloading, using, or accessing any templates from the Website, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
